This policy explains what EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC collects when you use BarrelDex.

What we collect

• Age confirmation: the date of birth you enter is checked in your browser and not sent to us. We store only a "21+ confirmed" flag in your browser's local storage.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe to The Barrel Drop, your email address is processed by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, to send the newsletter and measure opens and clicks.
• Email to us: what you send, used to reply.
• Affiliate links: retailers and affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you click a link. Their policies apply.

Advertising

We don't currently run display advertising. If we add it, we'll update this policy first, including any cookie choices, "Do Not Sell or Share" options and Global Privacy Control signals required by law.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California, Kentucky or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards.
